Job description

We are a quality health food supplements provider that is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and we have provided health food supplements since 2001.

Hours: 8:30 ~ 5:00 Mon ~ Fri

Key Responsibilities

-Preparing and processing client invoices

-Receiving client orders via telephone, email, and fax.

-Receiving and sorting incoming mail and return products, and manage outgoing mail

-Reviewing accounts and make payment arrangements with clients

-Comfortable doing B2B collections

-Assisting with projects as needed


-Fluent in both Korean/English

-College or above graduates (health-related degree is preferred)

-Proficient with Microsoft Office




-Good communication skills
