The Opportunity:

The mission of the Print & Laser Engraving Coordinator is to lead Pela’s new Art on Demand program and decorated order fulfillment process. You will strategize and create efficient and cost effective decorating practices, monitor machine performance, execute custom case projects and collaborate with the design team on new products. Maximizing capacity and improving times will be the core focus, allowing Pela to execute timely launches and expand our product offering.

This role requires an individual that thrives in an environment of continuous improvement, and problem-solving. Teamwork and adaptability will be critical to success. Meeting deadlines and delivering on promises nurtures your soul.


  • Manage the Case Decoration team at our manufacturing and fulfillment facility
  • Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties
  • Schedule decoration of print and engraved projects through the shop
  • Test, edit and set up new art designs for custom projects and stock products
  • Collaborate with the Art and Design teams on new projects
  • Prepare art files using CorelDRAW for product decoration using established templates and production standards
  • Loads & unload jigs in a timely fashion to maximize throughput
  • Package completed product for shipping
  • Create jigs and other specialty manufacturing tools to aid in production efficiency
  • Complete the fulfillment of on demand orders
  • Clean and maintain machines & ventilation system
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace
  • Provide feedback to the organization around efficiencies
  • Assist and train others as necessary
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations


  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Coreldraw and Adobe design software
  • Advanced knowledge of print and laser machines
