Remote/Onsite Technical Support – Precision IT Consulting – Surrey, BC.
Our Level 1 Help Desk Technicians have several strategic responsibilities:
- Resolve incoming “level 1” customer requests, either via phone or email within ten business hours.
- Escalate more difficult “level 2” requests following internal processes in a timely fashion to get the customer to the technician who can best assist them.
- Quality check internal process documentation and communicate when processes are unclear or missing.
- Assist Account Managers with remote support or, after training, on-site support.
- Recognize trends in user issues and communicate these trends to the relevant parties.

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
